The Odai Ntow Family is the legitimate owner of the lands in the areas of Dome, Kwabenya, Atomic, Ashongman, Haatso, Agbogba, commet and many other places.
As legitimate owners of these lands, the Nii Odai Ntow Family engages in regularising land documents, land sales, general construction and architectural services. We encourage all whose ownership of land has expired or is about to expire to regularize their document in conformity with the new land acts and laws. All who have lost their land documents thus indenture and site plan are also supposed to get newly regularized documents that will also be used in acquiring a land title.
